Fine Tools was started in a small 2400sq.ft workshop in the year 1985 by our founder and Managing Director Mr.T.P.Kallesh; And since then, his expertise and hard work has been pushing the boundaries —in plastics, precision, performance and people. Because perfection is what our best-in-class clients need and expect.
With 35+ years of experience in the industry, Fine Tools has steadily become the number one partner for the best plastic injection molded manufacturing in India and our commitment to excellence has helped us grow into a globally recognized and trusted leader in injection molding.
Our strength is in our experienced engineering team who have expert knowledge of quality, design and material and years of manufacturing experience to handle plastic injection molding for products from various industries such as Automotive, Retail, Telecom, Kitchen Appliances, Household equipment and Storage Solutions.

Facilities
Fine Tools currently operates over 93 injection molding machines, ranging from 20 to 1300 tons, at six manufacturing facilities spread across five acres & strategically located in Bangalore, Karnataka & Gudipalli, Andhra Pradesh just 32 kilometers from Bangalore Airport.
Our facilities are each equipped with tooling and plastic injection molding machines, standardized systems and Industry Experts to maintain the highest quality standards, all our machines are equipped with required accessories and maintenance staff to enable 24 hour manufacturing. And a dedicated dispatch assistance team to enable timely product deliveries. Our newest plant in Gudipalli, with over 2.5 acres of built up area is our largest facility yet with latest machinery and greater production capacity.
Quality & Safety
Our reputation is built on three and a half decades of quality in products and service. We have a dedicated quality team who ensure quality is assured at every step of the way from mold quality maintenance to final product quality testing and we also have a dedicated screening team who carry out product testing for almost 100% of the products produced every day, in order to ensure that no defective product leave our facilities. We have achieved ‘0’ PPM in our automotive manufacturing.
We have quality certifications such as IATF, HMI-SQ Mark, MACE Certification, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001:2015 to name a few.
Our focus on quality has made us a renowned name among the plastic injection molding industries and has enabled us to win over 40 awards from our customers, Industry Forums and also from the government of India and the State government.
